    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and facilities.
    • Perform preventive maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure optimal functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
    • Coordinate and oversee contractors for maintenance and repair projects.
    • Respond promptly to emergency situations and address occupant concerns.
    • Monitor and control building automation systems to maintain energy efficiency.
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment manuals, and warranties.
    • Implement and enforce building safety and security protocols.

    Qualifications/Skills:

    • Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
    • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
    • Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting.

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Building Operator or in a related role.
    • Knowledge of energy management and sustainable practices is advantageous.
