Job Responsibilities
- Front Desk Staff:
- Greet guests, check them in/out, and provide assistance with inquiries
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and payment transactions accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Housekeeping Staff:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas
- Ensure all amenities are replenished and rooms are in excellent condition
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
- Restaurant and Bar Staff:
- Take customer orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications/Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and handle guest requests promptly
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and point-of-sale software
Education and Experience Requirements
