Job Responsibilities

• Front Desk Staff:
  • Greet guests, check them in/out, and provide assistance with inquiries
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and payment transactions accurately
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Housekeeping Staff:
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas
  • Ensure all amenities are replenished and rooms are in excellent condition
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
• Restaurant and Bar Staff:
  • Take customer orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications/Skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
