King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre is seeking a diligent and experienced Hotel Safety Officer to join our team in Riyadh. As a Hotel Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and facilities within the hotel premises.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety and security policies and procedures for the hotel.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential hazards and risks.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct safety training and drills for hotel staff to promote a culture of safety.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, such as fires, accidents, or medical emergencies.
- Investigate accidents and incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and access control systems.
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Certification in safety management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Safety Officer in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer in a hotel or hospitality setting.
