    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and colleagues.
    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office correspondence.
    • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
    • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper functionality.

    Qualifications/Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Previous experience in office administration is preferred but not mandatory.

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Additional certification in office administration is a plus.
    • Previous experience in a similar office role is advantageous.
