    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support attorneys in case preparations.
    • Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal procedures.
    • Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and closings by organizing and maintaining case files.
    • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties to gather necessary information.
    • Manage and update databases and case management systems.
    • Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.

    Qualifications/Skills:

    • Paralegal certification or diploma from an accredited institution.
    • Strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and documentation.
    • Excellent research and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a paralegal in a law firm or legal department.
