Residence Cleaner

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residence Cleaner to join our team. As a Residence Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of residential properties. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the homes of our clients are clean, organized, and presentable.


  1. Perform general cleaning tasks in residential properties, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing surfaces.
  2. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, and other areas as required.
  3. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in a proper manner.
  4. Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels.
  5. Clean and polish fixtures, furniture, appliances, and other items.
  6. Perform deep cleaning tasks periodically, such as washing windows, cleaning blinds, and shampooing carpets.
  7. Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality results.
  8. Report any maintenance or repair needs observed during cleaning duties.
  9. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and notify the supervisor when restocking is required.
  10. Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  11. Provide excellent customer service by being professional, respectful, and responsive to client requests and feedback.
  12. Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any concerns or special instructions.
  13. Follow company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and privacy.


  1. Proven experience as a cleaner, preferably in a residential setting.
  2. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  4. Ability to work independently and efficiently, while also being a team player.
  5. Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  6. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  9. Valid work permit or Canadian citizenship.
  10. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client demand.
