Job Responsibilities

- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities.
- Valet Services:
- Coordinate with the valet team to facilitate efficient parking for guests.
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles promptly and professionally.
- Concierge Support:
- Assist the concierge in providing information on local attractions, transportation, and services.
- Arrange transportation and offer recommendations for dining and entertainment.
- Communication:
- Effectively communicate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with courtesy and efficiency.
