This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the bakery's reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and mix dough using traditional and modern baking techniques.
- Operate baking equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and proofing chambers.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve optimal results.
- Shape and mold dough into various bread and baked goods, ensuring uniformity.
- Add ingredients and toppings to enhance the appearance and flavor of products.
- Follow recipes and formulas accurately to maintain consistency in baked goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the baking area.
- Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and notify supervisors of any shortages.
- Collaborate with other bakery staff to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bread Baker or in a similar baking role is advantageous but not mandatory.
