Job Title: Farm Worker
Responsibilities
Crop Cultivation
- Prepare and cultivate the soil for planting crops.
- Plant seeds, transplant seedlings, and care for crops throughout the growing season.
- Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures when necessary.
Irrigation and Watering
- Operate irrigation systems to ensure crops receive adequate water supply.
- Monitor water levels and adjust irrigation schedules as per crop requirements.
Harvesting and Packing
- Harvest crops by hand or using farm machinery, following proper harvesting techniques.
- Sort, grade, and pack harvested produce for distribution.
Equipment Operation and Maintenance
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery to ensure proper functioning.
Livestock Care
