Job Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in performance management processes, including performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Support employee relations activities, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
- Assist in training and development initiatives for employees.
Qualifications/Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in HR documentation and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in HR or related roles preferred.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is advantageous.
