Job Overview
Al Tayer Group in Kuwait is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient and timely distribution of products.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate and prioritize daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and optimize warehouse space
- Train and develop warehouse staff on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Prepare reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, and productivity metrics
