Job Overview:
Amentum is currently hiring skilled and motivated Civil Engineers to join our dynamic team in Qatar. As a Civil Engineer with Amentum, you will have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects in various sectors, including infrastructure, construction, and facilities management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Planned, designed, and oversaw the construction and maintenance of civil engineering projects.
- Conduct site investigations and analyze data to assess project feasibility.
- Develop project specifications and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
- Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, and documentation.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software.
- Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects.
- Previous experience in the Middle East is a plus.
