Renardet S.A. & Partners in Oman is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Coordinator to join our team. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office operations, and providing support to staff members.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, and place orders as needed
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and distribution
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain office records and databases
- Assist with organizing office events and activities
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
Qualifications/Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in office administration or coordination preferred
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or coordination
